Suffolk Trail Runners

Weekday runs will generally start around 6:30 in the evening and cover a distance of around 5-6 miles.
Routes longer than 6 miles will normally have 'shortcut' options included.
Weekend runs will generally start around 12:00, so you can have lunch in the pub when you finish, but we will confirm this for each event.
Specifics will be published for each run in the weeks leading up to it, once we've verified footpaths still exist etc.

All dates are provisional and will be confirmed in the week before the event.
